Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Product packaging: We pack your items in a completely opaque thick brown cardboard box or opaque high strength un-tearable poly bag. We don’t put any indication of a product name in the package on the packaging box. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. An invoice needs to be sent along with the package due to various states/courier regulations. Generic name of the book(s) and Study Material will be mentioned on the invoice.

User is required to provide correct information at the time of placing the order. If any information is incorrect, the user shall solely be responsible for the delay in processing the order and delivery of the same. 

Once the order is placed customer cannot change the shipping address.

Pan-India Delivery Only.

It takes minimum of 72 (working) hrs to process your order and takes minimum of 10-15 working days for order delivery. A buyer should inform by email at info@saddapunjab.org  if the product is not delivered. 

Note: We will dispatch orders within 72 working hours but delivery time may differ due to the Government's Zonal classification of Green, Orange and Red Zones. For orders which are placed using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking Payment Option and are under Verification, the service delivery shall be applicable post the payment has been verified.

What is not covered in the Delivery Service Assurance:

• Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing a contact number for delivery. (The courier may or may not contact you before coming – that is something we have no control over)
• Delivery to certain areas eg. North-Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills, etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons, etc.
• In the case of cities dealing with law and order situations, the delivery of courier might get temporarily affected.

Please note: Currently, we do NOT deliver outside the territory of the Republic of India.
